Founded in 1995, Hengfeng (Fujian) Chemical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned Ecowarm insulation padding/wadding/
quilt factory. And in 2006, it expended its production to two subsidiary factories, one is Jinjiang Hengfeng Polyester Wadding and
Weaving Co., Ltd., another one is Jiujiang Hengfeng Polyester Wadding and Weaving Co., Ltd. Its business scope includes polyester
wadding, downlike wadding, silk like cotton, space cotton, computer embroidery padding, rib and other garment accessories etc.
Under the chairman Hong Yifeng’s leadership and all staff’s efforts, Hengfeng has been developed to be a leading enterprise in
Nonwoven Fabric field of Fujian province. Some fashion and sports brands such as ANTA, JORDAN, SEPTWOLVE, and YOUNGOR
etc. have became Hengfeng’s strategic partners for years.
In 2004, Hengfeng invested and set up a whollyowned factory in Jiujiang city of Jiangxi province, that will be easy for us to cover
the whole domestic market. In 2005, Hengfeng passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification, that made us to
match international standard requirement in management. In 2006, passed ISO14001:2004 international environmental protection
certification. And in 2007, Hengfeng’s yearly turnover exceeded RMB100million for the first time
Now, Hengfeng has totally more than 600 staff, and 50 among them are senior technical engineers or management. Hengfeng has
a powerful production capacity, because we have 7 world leading spray bonded wadding production lines, and 2 pearl cotton and
space wadding production lines, and 3 needlepunched wadding production lines. Furthermore, we have 20 the most advanced
computer multineedle quilting machines, and 10 embroidery machines, and 150 rib knitting machines. According to customer’s
requirement, our Computer embroidery Quilting machines can output embroidery cloth, spraybonded cloth, polar fleece, knitted
cloth, and even at high difficulty of minimum1.5 cm lattice embroidery quilting cotton. All of Hengfeng’s products are applied to
clothing, bedding, sofa, shoes, hats, and handbags etc.
Hengfeng's product range are: ecowarm insulation wadding, spraybonded wadding, soft cotton, loose cotton, washed quilt,
antibacterial quilt, resin quilt, imitated silk like wadding, fire resistant cotton, wool cotton, needlepunched cotton, cotton
figurine (PP cotton), pearl cotton, space cotton (metal cotton), Antarctic cotton, computer embroidery cloth, and rib knitted
cloth etc. In order to meet our clients’ changing requirement, Hengheng has to invest more in R&D to guarantee having new
products output every year. That is why Hengfeng’s products received a better reputation from domestic and overseas market
than any other competitor in China.
